Reiki is a non invasive modality that helps to promote healing in the body.  The potential for healing is achieved by removing energy blockages that have been built up in the body for years resulting in physical and emotional pain, stress, and an inability to move forward.  Reiki involves "laying on hands" on major energy centers of the body and allows for healing to occur.  Reiki is spiritual in nature but it is not a religion.  Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit.  This brings about feelings of peace, relaxation, and well being.
