We have a strong mind-body connection and when our mind feels uneasy, it reflects in the way our body functions.  Our bodies respond to stress by creating dis-ease.  Massage, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Reiki, and Cupping are great ways to help calm our minds so that our bodies can respond in a relaxing and healthy way.  Having good emotional health can strengthen our body's immune system and improve our overall health.  Allowing yourself to get regular bodywork will help your body to stay ahead of chronic issues resulting in an overall improvement in your health and wellbeing.

I believe this wholeheartedly and strive to help others achieve this type of balance as well.  I became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 and since have certified in Vibrational Sound Therapy and massage with cupping.  I am continuously learning so I can help others the best way I can.
