We have a strong mind-body connection and when our mind feels uneasy, it reflects in the way our body functions. Our bodies respond to the way we think, feel, and act. Massage therapy is one great way to help calm our minds so that our bodies can respond in a relaxing and healthy way. Having good emotional health can strengthen our body's immune system and improve our overall health.
I believe this wholeheartedly and strive to help others achieve this type of balance as well. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2010 and enjoy a holistic lifestyle with my husband and two boys. I have a special interest in women's health and am certified in Prenatal Massage and Fertility Massage, but love to serve all populations on their paths to positive well being.
